"Fits in way better than most asset tools we’ve tried"
I mostly use Lingo alongside our Figma files, and it’s been smooth. Compared to the other tools our team has used for keeping assets organized, this one feels a lot less messy. Logos, icons, and brand stuff are all easy to find in one place, so the design team isn’t constantly asking, “Which one is the latest version?” Setup took a little poking around at first, but once we got past that, it blended into our regular workflow naturally.

"Really good support"
I had a small issue with my account, which was probably something I messed up myself, but support got back to me quickly. The reply was friendly, and they fixed it without making me feel awkward or turning it into a big deal...

"It’s been good enough for working..."
It’s been good enough for working with my team, sharing things works smoothly most of the time and while it’s not perfect, it gets the job done without causing too much hassle.

"Easy enough, but too impersonal"
It was easy to use overall, so I can’t complain too much about that. I just didn’t love that there was basically no human contact at any point. Sometimes it would be nice to talk to an actual person instead of feeling like you’re just clicking through everything on your own

"Sorta helps keep all our brand stuff in one place"
It’s been useful for getting our team to use the same logos, colors, and other brand assets. The search is sorta quick and usually gets me what I need without much hassle. A few of the folders feel a little clunky to dig through, but overall it definitely helps keep our brand stuff from turning into a mess

I tried uploading a handful of files in formats I thought were standard, but about half of them wouldn’t go through. Maybe I’m missing something or doing it wrong, but it was kind of frustrating.

"Finally, finding files isn’t a whole project"
It just keeps all our assets organized and easy to find, which is apparently not something every tool can manage. It’s been nice not wasting half the day digging around for one file.

"Cluttered layout and constant changes are frustrating"
The interface feels messy. The buttons are in weird spots, and I keep having to hunt around for things that should be easy to find. It’s annoying enough already, but it also feels like the goalposts keep moving every time I get used to where something is. Makes the whole thing more frustrating than it needs to be...

"Setup was more frustrating than I expected"
Getting this set up took way longer than I thought it would. Some of the steps weren’t very clear, and I got stuck a few times before I even had a chance to really use the app. When I reached out for help, support kind of made it feel like I had missed something obvious, which was frustrating. Not the best first impression, honestly.

"Fast uploads and easy sync"
I’ve been using lingoapp.com mostly to upload files and keep things synced across my devices. It’s been smooth so far.

Uploads are quick, even when the files are on the bigger side. Syncing updates fast too, which is nice.

not much else to say. It works, and it saves me some time.

"It works fine most of the time..."
It works fine most of the time, but the uptime can be a little shaky, actually, maybe not shaky all the time, but it does go down here and there, which can be frustrating.

"i wanted to like it, but it still..."

"Feels a bit overpriced"
The app is decent and works fine overall, but I don’t really feel like it’s worth the monthly cost. Every time I get the receipt email, I’m reminded that I’m paying more than I think the features justify.

"Sharing files is easy"
I use it to share files with my team, and it’s been smooth. Since the permission settings are easy to set up, people usually get access to what they need without much back and forth. I still double-check things sometimes just to be safe, but overall it works well...
